Delivery Times
Same-Day Delivery (Mbarara)
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EAT on business days are eligible for same-day delivery within Mbarara City.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or for areas outside Mbarara, are dispatched the next business day.
Business Days
Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EAT. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Fragile or large items may require extra handling time.
- In the event of delivery failure due to the customer being unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time.
